Praise To Yahweh For His Faithfulness In Israel's History

⁵ that may see the good [done] your chosen ones, to be glad in the joy of your nation, to glory together with your inheritance. ⁶ We have sinned [along] with our ancestors. We have committed iniquity; we have incurred guilt. ⁷ Our ancestors in Egypt did not understand your wonderful works. They did not remember your many acts of loyal love, and [so] they rebelled by [the] sea at {the Red Sea}.

We Have Sinned

1 Kings 8:47

and then they return their heart in the land where they have been taken captive and they return and plead to you in the land of their captivity, saying, 'We have sinned and we did wrong. We acted wickedly,'

Leviticus 26:40
