The Priestly King

11 The LORD says to my Lord: "Sit at My right hand Until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet."

11 {A Psalm of David.} The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.

11 The Lord declared to my Lord: "Sit at My right hand until I make Your enemies Your footstool."

11 A declaration from the LORD to my Lord: "Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies your footstool."

11 The Lord (God) says to my Lord (the Messiah), Sit at My right hand, until I make Your adversaries Your footstool.

22 The LORD will stretch forth Your strong scepter from Zion, saying, "Rule in the midst of Your enemies."

22 The LORD shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.

22 The Lord will extend Your mighty scepter from Zion. Rule over Your surrounding enemies.

22 When the LORD extends your mighty scepter from Zion, rule in the midst of your enemies.

22 The Lord will send forth from Zion the scepter of Your strength; rule, then, in the midst of Your foes.

33 Your people will volunteer freely in the day of Your power; In holy array, from the womb of the dawn, Your youth are to You as the dew.

33 Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.

33 Your people will volunteer on Your day of battle. In holy splendor, from the womb of the dawn, the dew of Your youth belongs to You.

33 Your soldiers are willing volunteers on your day of battle; in majestic holiness, from the womb, from the dawn, the dew of your youth belongs to you.

33 Your people will offer themselves willingly in the day of Your power, in the beauty of holiness and in holy array out of the womb of the morning; to You [will spring forth] Your young men, who are as the dew.

44 The LORD has sworn and will not change His mind, "You are a priest forever According to the order of Melchizedek."

44 The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.

44 The Lord has sworn an oath and will not take it back: "Forever, You are a priest like Melchizedek."

44 The LORD took an oath and will never recant: "You are a priest forever, after the manner of Melchizedek."

44 The Lord has sworn and will not revoke or change it: You are a priest forever, after the manner and order of Melchizedek.

55 The Lord is at Your right hand; He will shatter kings in the day of His wrath.

55 The Lord at thy right hand shall strike through kings in the day of his wrath.

55 The Lord is at Your right hand; He will crush kings on the day of His anger.

55 The Lord is at your right hand; he will utterly destroy kings in the time of his wrath.

55 The Lord at Your right hand will shatter kings in the day of His indignation.

66 He will judge among the nations, He will fill them with corpses, He will shatter the chief men over a broad country.

66 He shall judge among the heathen, he shall fill the places with the dead bodies; he shall wound the heads over many countries.

66 He will judge the nations, heaping up corpses; He will crush leaders over the entire world.

66 He will execute judgment against the nations, filling graves with corpses. He will utterly destroy leaders far and wide.

66 He will execute judgment [in overwhelming punishment] upon the nations; He will fill the valleys with the dead bodies, He will crush the [chief] heads over lands many and far extended.

77 He will drink from the brook by the wayside; Therefore He will lift up His head.

77 He shall drink of the brook in the way: therefore shall he lift up the head.

77 He will drink from the brook by the road; therefore, He will lift up His head.

77 He will drink from a stream on the way, then hold his head high.

77 He will drink of the brook by the way; therefore will He lift up His head [triumphantly].
