Let Israel rejoice in him who made him. Let the sons of Zion be joyful in their King.
Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion. Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem. Behold, thy king comes to thee. He is just, and having salvation, lowly, and riding upon a donkey, even upon a colt the foal of a donkey.
But none says, Where is God my maker who gives songs in the night,
O come, let us worship and bow down. Let us kneel before LORD our maker.
For thou are a holy people to LORD thy God. LORD thy God has chosen thee to be a people for his own possession, above all peoples that are upon the face of the earth.
And there ye shall eat before LORD your God, and ye shall rejoice in all that ye put your hand to, ye and your households, in which LORD thy God has blessed thee.
For LORD will not forsake his people for his great name's sake, because it has pleased LORD to make you a people to himself.
Sing praise to God, sing praises. Sing praises to our King, sing praises.
Make a joyful noise to LORD, all ye lands.
Praise ye LORD, for LORD is good. Sing praises to his name, for it is pleasant.
How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who publishes peace, who brings good news of good, who publishes salvation, who says to Zion, Thy God reigns!
For thy maker is thy husband. LORD of hosts is his name. And the Holy One of Israel is thy Redeemer. He shall be called the God of the whole earth.
Behold, LORD has proclaimed to the end of the earth, Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation comes. Behold, his reward is with him, and his recompense before him.
Be glad then, ye sons of Zion, and rejoice in LORD your God, for he gives you the former rain in just measure, and he causes the rain to come down for you, the former rain and the latter rain, in the first [month].
Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy King comes to thee, meek, and mounted upon a donkey, and a colt the foal of a pack animal.
Then the King will say to those at his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.
Nevertheless those enemies of mine who did not want me to reign over them, bring here, and kill them before me.
Blessed is the King who comes in the name of Lord! Peace in heaven, and glory in the highest!
But they cried out, Away, away, crucify him! Pilate says to them, Shall I crucify your king? The chief priests answered, We have no king except Caesar.
And Pilate also wrote a title, and put it on the cross. And it was written, JESUS THE NAZARENE, THE KING OF THE JEWS.
For we are the circumcision, men who worship in spirit to God, and who boast in Christ Jesus, and not being confident in flesh.
