Summary

Then the channels of waters were seen, and the foundations of the world were discovered at thy rebuke, O LORD, at the blast of the breath of thy nostrils.

Thou bringest out fountains and waters out of the hard rocks; thou driest up mighty rivers.
He rebuked the reed sea, and it was dried up: so he led them through the deep, as through a wilderness.
With the breath of thine anger the water gathered together and the floods stood still as a rock, and the deep water congealed together in the midst of the sea.
And as soon as the soles of the feet of the priests that bear the ark of Jehovah - the Lord of all the world - tread in the water of Jordan, the water of Jordan shall divide itself and the waters that cometh from above shall stand still upon a heap."
And the bottom of the sea appeared, and the foundations of the world were seen, by the reason of the rebuking of the LORD, and through the blasting of the breath of his nostrils.

Foundations

Thou hast laid the foundations of the earth, that it never should move at any time.
"Where wast thou, when I laid the foundations of the earth? Tell plainly if thou hast understanding.
Moreover, thus sayeth the LORD: like as the heaven above cannot be measured, and as the foundations of the earth beneath may not be sought out; So will I also not cast out the whole seed of Israel, for that they have committed, sayeth the LORD.
And I went down unto the bottom of the hills, and was barred in with earth on every side forever. And yet thou, LORD my God, broughtest up my life again out of corruption.
O hear the punishment of the LORD, ye mountains, and ye mighty foundations of the earth: for the LORD will reprove his people, and reason with Israel.

O lord

For I will send him a blast that he shall hear tidings, and so return to his own land: And I will overthrow him with the sword even in his own land.'"
With the blast of God they perish, and with the breath of his anger are they consumed away.
But he shall judge the causes of the poor with righteousness, and shall rebuke with equity for the humble of the earth. And he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall slay the wicked.
Behold, the glory of the LORD shall come from far, his face shall burn, that no man shall be able to abide it, his lips shall wag for very indignation, and his tongue shall be as a consuming fire.
