But the salvation of the righteous cometh of the LORD, who is also their strength in the time of trouble.

The LORD also will be a defense for the oppressed, even a refuge in due time of trouble.

When he calleth upon me, I shall hear him: Yea I am with him in his trouble; whereout I will deliver him, and bring him to honour.

{To the Chanter, a song of the children of Korah upon Alamoth} God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Behold, God is my salvation: I will be bold therefore and not fear. For the LORD God is my strength and my praise whereof I sing: and is become my saviour.

LORD be merciful unto us, we wait for thee. Thine arm is at a point to visit us, but be thou our health in the time of trouble.

But I will sacrifice unto thee with the voice of thanksgiving, and will pay that that I have vowed, that saving cometh of the LORD."

For by grace are ye made safe through faith, and that, not of yourselves: For it is the gift of God,

strengthened with all might, through his glorious power, unto all patience, and long suffering, with joyfulness,

notwithstanding the Lord assisted me, and strengthed me, that by me the preaching should be fulfilled to the utmost and that all the gentiles should hear. And I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.
