Psalm 50:4
He addresses (summons) heaven and earth to judge his people:
Isaiah 1:2
Listen, heaven, and pay attention, earth! Jehovah (YHWH) has spoken: I raised my children and helped them grow, but they have rebelled against me.
Deuteronomy 31:28
Assemble all the elders of your tribes and your officers in front of me. As they listen, I will speak these words and call on heaven and earth to testify against them.

Psalm 50:6
The heavens declare his righteousness because God is the judge.
