¹² All who sin without having the Law will perish without regard to the Law, and all who sin under the Law will be judged by the Law. ¹³ For merely hearing the Law read does not make a man upright in the sight of God; men must obey the Law to be made upright. ¹⁴ When heathen who have no Law instinctively obey what the Law demands, even though they have no law they are a law to themselves,
