וַֽיְהִי֙
way·hî
And it came to pass
､ בַּשְּׁבִעִ֔ית
baš·šə·ḇi·‘îṯ,
the seventh [time] ､
､ וַיֹּ֗אמֶר
way·yō·mer,
that he said ､
､ הִנֵּה־
hin·nêh-
there is ､
עָ֛ב
‘āḇ
קְטַנָּ֥ה
qə·ṭan·nāh
. כְּכַף־
kə·ḵap̄-
as a hand .
אִ֖ישׁ
’îš
Of man
עֹלָ֣ה
‘ō·lāh
､ מִיָּ֑ם
mî·yām;
out of the sea ､
､ וַיֹּ֗אמֶר
way·yō·mer,
so he said ､
､ עֲלֵ֨ה
‘ă·lêh
go up ､
אֱמֹ֤ר
’ĕ·mōr
אֶל־
’el-
to
､ אַחְאָב֙
’aḥ·’āḇ
Ahab ､
אֱסֹ֣ר
’ĕ·sōr
､ וָרֵ֔ד
wā·rêḏ,
and go down ､
וְלֹ֥א
wə·lō
and
יַעַצָרְכָ֖ה
ya·‘a·ṣā·rə·ḵāh
. הַגָּֽשֶׁם׃
hag·gā·šem.
before the rain .
