וַתִּשְׁלַ֤ח
wat·tiš·laḥ
And sent
אִיזֶ֙בֶל֙
’î·ze·ḇel
מַלְאָ֔ךְ
mal·’āḵ,
אֶל־
’el-
to
､ אֵלִיָּ֖הוּ
’ê·lî·yā·hū
Elijah ､
､ לֵאמֹ֑ר
lê·mōr;
saying ､
כֹּֽה־
kōh-
so
יַעֲשׂ֤וּן
ya·‘ă·śūn
let do [to me]
אֱלֹהִים֙
’ĕ·lō·hîm
the gods
､ וְכֹ֣ה
wə·ḵōh
and also ､
יוֹסִפ֔וּן
yō·w·si·p̄ūn,
כִּֽי־
kî-
if
. כָעֵ֤ת
ḵā·‘êṯ
מָחָר֙
mā·ḥār
אָשִׂ֣ים
’ā·śîm
I do make
אֶֽת־
’eṯ-
not
נַפְשְׁךָ֔
nap̄·šə·ḵā,
כְּנֶ֖פֶשׁ
kə·ne·p̄eš
as the life
אַחַ֥ד
’a·ḥaḏ
of one
. מֵהֶֽם׃
mê·hem.
of them .
