וְיָצָ֧אתִי
wə·yā·ṣā·ṯî
and I went out
אַחֲרָ֛יו
’a·ḥă·rāw
וְהִכִּתִ֖יו
wə·hik·ki·ṯîw
and struck it
וְהִצַּ֣לְתִּי
wə·hiṣ·ṣal·tî
and delivered [the lamb]
– מִפִּ֑יו
mip·pîw;
וַיָּ֣קָם
way·yā·qām
and when it arose
עָלַ֔י
‘ā·lay,
וְהֶחֱזַ֙קְתִּי֙
wə·he·ḥĕ·zaq·tî
and I caught [it]
､ בִּזְקָנ֔וֹ
biz·qā·nōw,
by its beard ､
וְהִכִּתִ֖יו
wə·hik·ki·ṯîw
and struck
. וַהֲמִיתִּֽיו׃
wa·hă·mî·tîw.
and killed it .
