מֵקִ֨ים
mê·qîm
､ מֵעָפָ֜ר
mê·‘ā·p̄ār
from the dust ､
דָּ֗ל
dāl,
the poor
､ מֵֽאַשְׁפֹּת֙
mê·’aš·pōṯ
from the ash heap ､
יָרִ֣ים
yā·rîm
[And] lifts
אֶבְי֔וֹן
’eḇ·yō·wn,
the needy
לְהוֹשִׁיב֙
lə·hō·wō·šîḇ
to set [them]
עִם־
‘im-
､ נְדִיבִ֔ים
nə·ḏî·ḇîm,
וְכִסֵּ֥א
wə·ḵis·sê
and the throne
– כָב֖וֹד
ḵā·ḇō·wḏ
of glory –
יַנְחִלֵ֑ם
yan·ḥi·lêm;
כִּ֤י
kî
､ לַֽיהוָה֙
Yah·weh
of Yahweh ､
מְצֻ֣קֵי
mə·ṣu·qê
אֶ֔רֶץ
’e·reṣ,
of the earth [are]
וַיָּ֥שֶׁת
way·yā·šeṯ
and He has set
עֲלֵיהֶ֖ם
‘ă·lê·hem
. תֵּבֵֽל׃
tê·ḇêl.
the world .
