וַיִּסָּתֵ֥ר
way·yis·sā·ṯêr
And hid
דָּוִ֖ד
dā·wiḏ
– בַּשָּׂדֶ֑ה
baś·śā·ḏeh;
in the field –
､ וַיְהִ֣י
way·hî
and when had come ､
הַחֹ֔דֶשׁ
ha·ḥō·ḏeš,
the New Moon
וַיֵּ֧שֶׁב
way·yê·šeḇ
and sat down
הַמֶּ֛לֶךְ
ham·me·leḵ
the king
[על־]
‘al-
-
(אֶל־)
’el-
הַלֶּ֖חֶם
hal·le·ḥem
the feast
. לֶאֱכֽוֹל׃
le·’ĕ·ḵō·wl.
to eat .
