And when he came ､
､ וְהִנֵּ֣ה
wə·hin·nêh
and there was ､
עֵ֠לִי
‘ê·lî
יֹשֵׁ֨ב
yō·šêḇ
עַֽל־
‘al-
on
הַכִּסֵּ֜א
hak·kis·sê
[יך]
yaḵ
-
(יַ֥ד)
yaḏ
דֶּ֙רֶךְ֙
de·reḵ
by the wayside
､ מְצַפֶּ֔ה
mə·ṣap·peh,
כִּֽי־
kî-
הָיָ֤ה
hā·yāh
לִבּוֹ֙
lib·bōw
חָרֵ֔ד
ḥā·rêḏ,
עַ֖ל
‘al
אֲר֣וֹן
’ă·rō·wn
the ark
. הָאֱלֹהִ֑ים
hā·’ĕ·lō·hîm;
of God .
וְהָאִ֗ישׁ
wə·hā·’îš,
And when the man
בָּ֚א
bā
לְהַגִּ֣יד
lə·hag·gîḏ
and told [it]
､ בָּעִ֔יר
bā·‘îr,
into the city ､
וַתִּזְעַ֖ק
wat·tiz·‘aq
כָּל־
kāl-
. הָעִֽיר׃
hā·‘îr.
the city .
