And said
הָאִ֜ישׁ
hā·’îš
the man
אֶל־
’el-
to
､ עֵלִ֗י
‘ê·lî,
Eli ､
אָֽנֹכִי֙
’ā·nō·ḵî
I [am]
הַבָּ֣א
hab·bā
מִן־
min-
､ הַמַּעֲרָכָ֔ה
ham·ma·‘ă·rā·ḵāh,
the battle ､
וַאֲנִ֕י
wa·’ă·nî
and I
מִן־
min-
. הַמַּעֲרָכָ֖ה
ham·ma·‘ă·rā·ḵāh
the battle line .
נַ֣סְתִּי
nas·tî
הַיּ֑וֹם
hay·yō·wm;
､ וַיֹּ֛אמֶר
way·yō·mer
and he said ､
מֶֽה־
meh-
הָיָ֥ה
hā·yāh
､ הַדָּבָ֖ר
had·dā·ḇār
؟ בְּנִֽי׃
bə·nî.
my son ؟
