､ בְמָלְכ֔וֹ

וּשְׁמוֹנֶ֣ה

and eight
､ שָׁנִ֔ים
šā·nîm,
years ､
מָלַ֖ךְ
mā·laḵ
בִּירוּשָׁלִָ֑ם
bî·rū·šā·lim;
וַיֵּ֙לֶךְ֙
way·yê·leḵ
בְּלֹ֣א
bə·lō
to no
. חֶמְדָּ֔ה
ḥem·dāh,
וַֽיִּקְבְּרֻ֙הוּ֙
way·yiq·bə·ru·hū
בְּעִ֣יר
bə·‘îr
in the City
､ דָּוִ֔יד
dā·wîḏ,
of David ､
וְלֹ֖א
wə·lō
but not
בְּקִבְר֥וֹת
bə·qiḇ·rō·wṯ
in the tombs
. הַמְּלָכִֽים׃
ham·mə·lā·ḵîm.
of the kings .
