וַ֠יָּחֶל
way·yā·ḥel
And he began
לִבְנ֞וֹת
liḇ·nō·wṯ
､ בַּחֹ֤דֶשׁ
ba·ḥō·ḏeš
the month ､
הַשֵּׁנִי֙
haš·šê·nî
בַּשֵּׁנִ֔י
baš·šê·nî,
on the second [day]
בִּשְׁנַ֥ת
biš·naṯ
of in the year
אַרְבַּ֖ע
’ar·ba‘
. לְמַלְכוּתֽוֹ׃
lə·mal·ḵū·ṯōw.
of his reign .
