וַיְהִ֨י
way·hî
And had
לִשְׁלֹמֹ֜ה
liš·lō·mōh
אַרְבַּעַת֩
’ar·ba·‘aṯ
אֲלָפִ֨ים
’ă·lā·p̄îm
אֻֽרְי֤וֹת
’ur·yō·wṯ
סוּסִים֙
sū·sîm
､ וּמַרְכָּב֔וֹת
ū·mar·kā·ḇō·wṯ,
and chariots ､
וּשְׁנֵים־
ū·šə·nêm-
and two
עָשָׂ֥ר
‘ā·śār
[and] ten
אֶ֖לֶף
’e·lep̄
– פָּרָשִׁ֑ים
pā·rā·šîm;
וַיַּנִּיחֵם֙
way·yan·nî·ḥêm
､ בְּעָרֵ֣י
bə·‘ā·rê
in cities ､
הָרֶ֔כֶב
hā·re·ḵeḇ,
וְעִם־
wə·‘im-
and with
הַמֶּ֖לֶךְ
ham·me·leḵ
the king
. בִּירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃
bî·rū·šā·lim.
