וַיְצַו֩
way·ṣaw
יְהוֹיָדָ֨ע
yə·hō·w·yā·ḏā‘
הַכֹּהֵ֜ן
hak·kō·hên
the priest
אֶת־
’eṯ-
-
שָׂרֵ֥י
śā·rê
[המיאות]
ham·mê·’ō·wṯ
､ (הַמֵּא֣וֹת ׀)
ham·mê·’ō·wṯ
the hundreds ､
פְּקֻדֵ֣י
pə·qu·ḏê
､ הַחַ֗יִל
ha·ḥa·yil,
of the army ､
וַיֹּ֤אמֶר
way·yō·mer
and said
אֲלֵיהֶם֙
’ă·lê·hem
to them
הוֹצִ֤יאוּ
hō·w·ṣî·’ū
אֹתָהּ֙
’ō·ṯāh
אֶל־
’el-
מִבֵּ֣ית
mib·bêṯ
in the house
､ לַשְּׂדֵרֹ֔ת
laś·śə·ḏê·rōṯ,
וְהַבָּ֥א
wə·hab·bā
and
אַחֲרֶ֖יהָ
’a·ḥă·re·hā
הָמֵ֣ת
hā·mêṯ
. בֶּחָ֑רֶב
be·ḥā·reḇ;
with the sword .
כִּ֚י
kî
､ אָמַ֣ר
’ā·mar
had said ､
הַכֹּהֵ֔ן
hak·kō·hên,
the priest
אַל־
’al-
not
תּוּמַ֖ת
tū·maṯ
do let her be killed
בֵּ֥ית
bêṯ
in the house
. יְהוָֽה׃
Yah·weh.
of Yahweh .
