וְלֹֽא־

and not
עָנ֥וּ
‘ā·nū
אֹת֖וֹ
’ō·ṯōw
､ דָּבָ֑ר
dā·ḇār;
a word ､
כִּי־
kî-
מִצְוַ֨ת
miṣ·waṯ
הַמֶּ֥לֶךְ
ham·me·leḵ
of the king
הִ֛יא
hî
､ לֵאמֹ֖ר
lê·mōr
saying ､
לֹ֥א
lō
not
. תַעֲנֻֽהוּ׃
ṯa·‘ă·nu·hū.
do answer him .
