in the way
מַלְכֵ֣י
mal·ḵê
of the kings
､ יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל
yiś·rā·’êl,
of Israel ､
כַּאֲשֶׁ֤ר
ka·’ă·šer
just as
עָשׂוּ֙
‘ā·śū
בֵּ֣ית
bêṯ
the house
– אַחְאָ֔ב
’aḥ·’āḇ,
of Ahab –
כִּ֚י
kî
בַּת־
baṯ-
אַחְאָ֔ב
’aḥ·’āḇ,
of Ahab
הָֽיְתָה־
hā·yə·ṯāh-
לּ֖וֹ
lōw
– לְאִשָּׁ֑ה
lə·’iš·šāh;
wife –
וַיַּ֥עַשׂ
way·ya·‘aś
and he did
הָרַ֖ע
hā·ra‘
בְּעֵינֵ֥י
bə·‘ê·nê
in the sight
. יְהוָֽה׃
Yah·weh.
of Yahweh .
