､ וַיֵּ֨צְא֜וּ
way·yê·ṣə·’ū
And came out ､
אַנְשֵׁ֤י
’an·šê
the men
הָעִיר֙
hā·‘îr
of the city
וַיִּלָּחֲמ֣וּ
way·yil·lā·ḥă·mū
and fought
אֶת־
’eṯ-
with
､ יוֹאָ֔ב
yō·w·’āḇ,
Joab ､
וַיִּפֹּ֥ל
way·yip·pōl
and [some] fell
מִן־
min-
of
הָעָ֖ם
hā·‘ām
the people
מֵעַבְדֵ֣י
mê·‘aḇ·ḏê
of the servants
– דָוִ֑ד
ḏā·wiḏ;
of David –
וַיָּ֕מָת
way·yā·māṯ
and died
גַּ֖ם
gam
אוּרִיָּ֥ה
’ū·rî·yāh
. הַחִתִּֽי׃
ha·ḥit·tî.
