עֹלֶה֩

went up
בְמַעֲלֵ֨ה
ḇə·ma·‘ă·lêh
by the Ascent
､ הַזֵּיתִ֜ים
haz·zê·ṯîm
of the [Mount of] Olives ､
､ עֹלֶ֣ה ׀
‘ō·leh
as he went up ､
וּבוֹכֶ֗ה
ū·ḇō·w·ḵeh,
and wept
וְרֹ֥אשׁ
wə·rōš
and head
לוֹ֙
lōw
､ חָפ֔וּי
ḥā·p̄ui,
וְה֖וּא
wə·hū
and he
הֹלֵ֣ךְ
hō·lêḵ
. יָחֵ֑ף
yā·ḥêp̄;
וְכָל־
wə·ḵāl
And all
הָעָ֣ם
hā·‘ām
the people
אֲשֶׁר־
’ă·šer-
אִתּ֗וֹ
’it·tōw,
with him
חָפוּ֙
ḥā·p̄ū
אִ֣ישׁ
’îš
､ רֹאשׁ֔וֹ
rō·šōw,
､ וְעָל֥וּ
wə·‘ā·lū
and went up ､
עָלֹ֖ה
‘ā·lōh
as they went up
. וּבָכֹֽה׃
ū·ḇā·ḵōh.
and weeping .
