יוֹשֵׁ֖ב

בֵּין־
bên-
שְׁנֵ֣י
šə·nê
– הַשְּׁעָרִ֑ים
haš·šə·‘ā·rîm;
the gates –
וַיֵּ֨לֶךְ
way·yê·leḵ
and went up
הַצֹּפֶ֜ה
haṣ·ṣō·p̄eh
אֶל־
’el-
to
גַּ֤ג
gaḡ
the roof
הַשַּׁ֙עַר֙
haš·ša·‘ar
אֶל־
’el-
to
､ הַ֣חוֹמָ֔ה
ha·ḥō·w·māh,
the wall ､
וַיִּשָּׂ֤א
way·yiś·śā
and lifted
אֶת־
’eṯ-
-
､ עֵינָיו֙
‘ê·nāw
his eyes ､
､ וַיַּ֔רְא
way·yar,
and looked ､
וְהִנֵּה־
wə·hin·nêh-
אִ֖ישׁ
’îš
a man
רָ֥ץ
rāṣ
. לְבַדּֽוֹ׃
lə·ḇad·dōw.
