וַיֹּ֧אמְרוּ

הַגִּבְעֹנִ֗ים
hag·giḇ·‘ō·nîm,
אֵֽין־
’ên-
we will have no

(לָ֜נוּ)

כֶּ֤סֶף
ke·sep̄
וְזָהָב֙
wə·zā·hāḇ
or gold
עִם־
‘im-
､ שָׁא֣וּל
šā·’ūl
Saul ､
וְעִם־
wə·‘im-
or from
– בֵּית֔וֹ
bê·ṯōw,
וְאֵֽין־
wə·’ên-
and not
לָ֥נוּ
lā·nū
for us
אִ֖ישׁ
’îš
לְהָמִ֣ית
lə·hā·mîṯ
. בְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל
bə·yiś·rā·’êl;
in Israel .
､ וַיֹּ֛אמֶר
way·yō·mer
So he said ､
מָֽה־
māh-
אַתֶּ֥ם
’at·tem
､ אֹמְרִ֖ים
’ō·mə·rîm
say ､
אֶעֱשֶׂ֥ה
’e·‘ĕ·śeh
I will do
. לָכֶֽם׃
lā·ḵem.
