וַיִּשְׁאַ֤ל
way·yiš·’al
דָּוִד֙
dā·wiḏ
､ בַּֽיהוָ֔ה
Yah·weh,
of Yahweh ､
､ וַיֹּ֖אמֶר
way·yō·mer
and He said ､
לֹ֣א
lō
not
– תַעֲלֶ֑ה
ṯa·‘ă·leh;
You shall go up –
הָסֵב֙
hā·sêḇ
אֶל־
’el-
אַ֣חֲרֵיהֶ֔ם
’a·ḥă·rê·hem,
וּבָ֥אתָ
ū·ḇā·ṯā
and come
לָהֶ֖ם
lā·hem
מִמּ֥וּל
mim·mūl
. בְּכָאִֽים׃
bə·ḵā·’îm.
of the balsam trees .
