וַיֵּ֨לֶךְ
way·yê·leḵ
And went
הַמֶּ֤לֶךְ
ham·me·leḵ
the king
וַֽאֲנָשָׁיו֙
wa·’ă·nā·šāw
and his men
יְר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔ם
yə·rū·šā·lim,
אֶל־
’el-
､ הַיְבֻסִ֖י
hay·ḇu·sî
the Jebusite ､
יוֹשֵׁ֣ב
yō·wō·šêḇ
､ הָאָ֑רֶץ
hā·’ā·reṣ;
of the land ､
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר
way·yō·mer
､ לְדָוִ֤ד
lə·ḏā·wiḏ
to David ､
､ לֵאמֹר֙
lê·mōr
saying ､
לֹא־
lō-
not
תָב֣וֹא
ṯā·ḇō·w
､ הֵ֔נָּה
hên·nāh,
here ､
כִּ֣י
kî
אִם־
’im-
but
הֱסִֽירְךָ֗
hĕ·sî·rə·ḵā,
will repel you
הַעִוְרִ֤ים
ha·‘iw·rîm
the blind
וְהַפִּסְחִים֙
wə·hap·pis·ḥîm
and the lame
､ לֵאמֹ֔ר
lê·mōr,
לֹֽא־
lō-
יָב֥וֹא
yā·ḇō·w
come in
דָוִ֖ד
ḏā·wiḏ
. הֵֽנָּה׃
hên·nāh.
