of [instruments of] wood ､

בְרוֹשִׁ֑ים

and on harps ､

､ וּבִנְבָלִים֙

ū·ḇin·ḇā·lîm

and on stringed instruments ､

､ וּבְתֻפִּ֔ים

ū·ḇə·ṯup·pîm,

and on tambourines ､

､ וּבִמְנַֽעַנְעִ֖ים

ū·ḇim·na·‘an·‘îm

and on sistrums ､

. וּֽבְצֶלְצֶלִֽים׃

and on cymbals .

וַיָּבֹ֖אוּ

And when they came

עַד־

‘aḏ-

to

､ גֹּ֣רֶן

threshing floor ､

נָכ֑וֹן

nā·ḵō·wn;

Nachon's threshing floor

וַיִּשְׁלַ֨ח

way·yiš·laḥ

and put out [his hand]

עֻזָּ֜א

､ הָֽאֱלֹהִים֙

and he blessed

uncovering himself

as uncovers himself

therefore I will play [music]

לִפְנֵ֥י

Yah·weh.

וּנְקַלֹּ֤תִי

ū·nə·qal·lō·ṯî

And I will be more undignified

עוֹד֙

‘ō·wḏ

､ מִזֹּ֔את

miz·zōṯ,

וְהָיִ֥יתִי

wə·hā·yî·ṯî

and will be

שָׁפָ֖ל

šā·p̄āl

､ בְּעֵינָ֑י

bə·‘ê·nāy;

in my own sight ､

וְעִם־

wə·‘im-

but as for

הָֽאֲמָהוֹת֙

hā·’ă·mā·hō·wṯ

the maidservants

אֲשֶׁ֣ר

’ă·šer

אָמַ֔רְתְּ

’ā·mart,

you have spoken

עִמָּ֖ם

‘im·mām

. אִכָּבֵֽדָה׃

’ik·kā·ḇê·ḏāh.

I will be held in honor .

וּלְמִיכַל֙
