וַיְדַבֵּ֛ר
way·ḏab·bêr
and spoke
אֶת־
’eṯ-

כָּל־
kāl-
דִּבְרֵ֥י
diḇ·rê
the words
הַשִּׁירָֽה־
haš·šî·rāh-
of song
הַזֹּ֖את
haz·zōṯ
בְּאָזְנֵ֣י
bə·’ā·zə·nê
in the hearing
､ הָעָ֑ם
hā·‘ām;
of the people ､
､ ה֖וּא
hū
he ､
וְהוֹשֵׁ֥עַ
wə·hō·wō·šê·a‘
and Hoshea
בִּן־
bin-
