yêš
אֶחָד֩
’e·ḥāḏ
וְאֵ֨ין
wə·’ên
and [there is] no
– שֵׁנִ֜י
šê·nî
second –
､ גַּ֣ם
gam
also ､
בֵּ֧ן
bên
､ וָאָ֣ח
wā·’āḥ
and brother ､
אֵֽין־
’ên-
no
ל֗וֹ
lōw,
He has
וְאֵ֥ין
wə·’ên
and yet [there is] no
קֵץ֙
qêṣ
לְכָל־
lə·ḵāl
to all
– עֲמָל֔וֹ
‘ă·mā·lōw,
גַּם־
gam-
[עיניו]
‘ê·nāw
-
(עֵינ֖וֹ)
‘ê·nōw
לֹא־
lō-
תִשְׂבַּ֣ע
ṯiś·ba‘
– עֹ֑שֶׁר
‘ō·šer;
with riches –
וּלְמִ֣י ׀
ū·lə·mî
and [But he never asks] for whom
אֲנִ֣י
’ă·nî
I
､ עָמֵ֗ל
‘ā·mêl,
do toil ､
וּמְחַסֵּ֤ר
ū·mə·ḥas·sêr
אֶת־
’eṯ-
-
נַפְשִׁי֙
nap̄·šî
؟ מִטּוֹבָ֔ה
miṭ·ṭō·w·ḇāh,
of good ؟
גַּם־
gam-
זֶ֥ה
zeh
､ הֶ֛בֶל
he·ḇel
vanity ､
וְעִנְיַ֥ן
wə·‘in·yan
רָ֖ע
rā‘
. הֽוּא׃
