､ וַיֹּ֗אמֶר
way·yō·mer,
And He said ､
אֲנִ֨י
’ă·nî
I
אַעֲבִ֤יר
’a·‘ă·ḇîr
will make pass
כָּל־
kāl-
טוּבִי֙
ṭū·ḇî
עַל־
‘al-
､ פָּנֶ֔יךָ
pā·ne·ḵā,
you ､
וְקָרָ֧אתִֽי
wə·qā·rā·ṯî
and I will proclaim
בְשֵׁ֛ם
ḇə·šêm
the name
יְהוָ֖ה
Yah·weh
､ לְפָנֶ֑יךָ
lə·p̄ā·ne·ḵā;
וְחַנֹּתִי֙
wə·ḥan·nō·ṯî
and I will be gracious
אֶת־
’eṯ-
-
אֲשֶׁ֣ר
’ă·šer
to whom
､ אָחֹ֔ן
’ā·ḥōn,
I will be gracious ､
וְרִחַמְתִּ֖י
wə·ri·ḥam·tî
and I will have compassion
אֶת־
’eṯ-
-
אֲשֶׁ֥ר
’ă·šer
on whom
. אֲרַחֵֽם׃
’ă·ra·ḥêm.
I will have compassion .
