אֶל־
’el-
to
עַ֣ם
‘am
the people
הָאָ֡רֶץ
hā·’ā·reṣ
of the land
כֹּֽה־
kōh-
אָמַר֩
’ā·mar
אֲדֹנָ֨י
’ă·ḏō·nāy
the Lord
יְהוִ֜ה
Yah·weh
לְיוֹשְׁבֵ֤י
lə·yō·wō·šə·ḇê
､ יְרוּשָׁלִַ֙ם֙
yə·rū·šā·lim
of Jerusalem ､
אֶל־
’el-
[and] to
､ אַדְמַ֣ת
’aḏ·maṯ
the land ､
– יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל
yiś·rā·’êl,
of Israel –
לַחְמָם֙
laḥ·mām
､ בִּדְאָגָ֣ה
biḏ·’ā·ḡāh
with anxiety ､
יֹאכֵ֔לוּ
yō·ḵê·lū,
וּמֵֽימֵיהֶ֖ם
ū·mê·mê·hem
､ בְּשִׁמָּמ֣וֹן
bə·šim·mā·mō·wn
with dread ､
יִשְׁתּ֑וּ
yiš·tū;
לְמַ֜עַן
lə·ma·‘an
so that
תֵּשַׁ֤ם
tê·šam
אַרְצָהּ֙
’ar·ṣāh
､ מִמְּלֹאָ֔הּ
mim·mə·lō·’āh,
of all who are in it ､
מֵחֲמַ֖ס
mê·ḥă·mas
כָּֽל־
kāl-
of all
הַיֹּשְׁבִ֥ים
hay·yō·šə·ḇîm
. בָּֽהּ׃
bāh.
in it .
