אֲשֶׁ֤ר

הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ
ham·me·leḵ
אַרְתַּחְשַׁ֔סְתְּא
’ar·taḥ·šast,
לְעֶזְרָ֥א
lə·‘ez·rā
､ הַכֹּהֵ֖ן
hak·kō·hên
the priest ､
､ הַסֹּפֵ֑ר
has·sō·p̄êr;
the scribe ､
סֹפֵ֞ר
sō·p̄êr
דִּבְרֵ֧י
diḇ·rê
in the words
מִצְוֺת־
miṣ·wōṯ-
､ יְהוָ֛ה
Yah·weh

וְחֻקָּ֖יו
