､ וַֽיְהִ֖י
way·hî
And it came to pass ､
בְּנָסְעָ֣ם
bə·nā·sə·‘ām
､ מִקֶּ֑דֶם
miq·qe·ḏem;
from the east ､
וַֽיִּמְצְא֥וּ
way·yim·ṣə·’ū
בִקְעָ֛ה
ḇiq·‘āh
בְּאֶ֥רֶץ
bə·’e·reṣ
in the land
– שִׁנְעָ֖ר
šin·‘ār
of Shinar –
וַיֵּ֥שְׁבוּ
way·yê·šə·ḇū
. שָֽׁם׃
šām.
