וַיִּקַּ֨ח
way·yiq·qaḥ
And took
אַבְרָ֧ם
’aḇ·rām
וְנָח֛וֹר
wə·nā·ḥō·wr
and Nahor
לָהֶ֖ם
lā·hem
– נָשִׁ֑ים
nā·šîm;
wives –
שֵׁ֤ם
šêm
the name
אֵֽשֶׁת־
’ê·šeṯ-
[of] the wife
אַבְרָם֙
’aḇ·rām
– שָׂרָ֔י
śā·rāy,
[was] Sarai –
וְשֵׁ֤ם
wə·šêm
and the name
､ אֵֽשֶׁת־
’ê·šeṯ-
[of] the wife ､
נָחוֹר֙
nā·ḥō·wr
､ מִלְכָּ֔ה
mil·kāh,
[was] Milcah ､
בַּת־
baṯ-
､ הָרָ֥ן
hā·rān
of Haran ､
אֲבִֽי־
’ă·ḇî-
the father
､ מִלְכָּ֖ה
mil·kāh
of Milcah ､
וַֽאֲבִ֥י
wa·’ă·ḇî
and the father
. יִסְכָּֽה׃
yis·kāh.
of Iscah .
