וַיִּיצֶר֩
way·yî·ṣer
And formed
יְהוָ֨ה
Yah·weh
אֱלֹהִ֜ים
’ĕ·lō·hîm
אֶת־
’eṯ-
-
הָֽאָדָ֗ם
hā·’ā·ḏām,
עָפָר֙
‘ā·p̄ār
[from] the dust
מִן־
min-
of
､ הָ֣אֲדָמָ֔ה
hā·’ă·ḏā·māh,
the ground ､
וַיִּפַּ֥ח
way·yip·paḥ
בְּאַפָּ֖יו
bə·’ap·pāw
נִשְׁמַ֣ת
niš·maṯ
the breath
– חַיִּ֑ים
ḥay·yîm;
of life –
וַֽיְהִ֥י
way·hî
and became
הָֽאָדָ֖ם
hā·’ā·ḏām
the man
לְנֶ֥פֶשׁ
lə·ne·p̄eš
. חַיָּֽה׃
ḥay·yāh.
