zōṯ
This [is]
הָעֵצָ֥ה
hā·‘ê·ṣāh
הַיְּעוּצָ֖ה
hay·yə·‘ū·ṣāh
עַל־
‘al-
כָּל־
kāl-
– הָאָ֑רֶץ
hā·’ā·reṣ;
the earth –
וְזֹ֛את
wə·zōṯ
and this [is]
הַיָּ֥ד
hay·yāḏ
the hand
הַנְּטוּיָ֖ה
han·nə·ṭū·yāh
עַל־
‘al-
כָּל־
kāl-
. הַגּוֹיִֽם׃
hag·gō·w·yim.
the nations .
