בּוֹרֵ֤א
bō·w·rê
､ הַשָּׁמַ֙יִם֙
haš·šā·ma·yim
the heavens ､
– וְנ֣וֹטֵיהֶ֔ם
wə·nō·w·ṭê·hem,
רֹקַ֥ע
rō·qa‘
､ הָאָ֖רֶץ
hā·’ā·reṣ
the earth ､
וְצֶאֱצָאֶ֑יהָ
wə·ṣe·’ĕ·ṣā·’e·hā;
נֹתֵ֤ן
nō·ṯên
נְשָׁמָה֙
nə·šā·māh
לָעָ֣ם
lā·‘ām
to the people
עָלֶ֔יהָ
‘ā·le·hā,
on it
וְר֖וּחַ
wə·rū·aḥ
and spirit
לַהֹלְכִ֥ים
la·hō·lə·ḵîm
. בָּֽהּ׃
bāh.
