lə·’ūm·mîm
to the people ､
נְתַתִּ֑יו
nə·ṯat·tîw;
נָגִ֥יד
nā·ḡîḏ
וּמְצַוֵּ֖ה
ū·mə·ṣaw·wêh
. לְאֻמִּֽים׃
lə·’um·mîm.
