כִּ֣י
kî
מֵעוֹלָ֞ם
mê·‘ō·w·lām
of old
שָׁבַ֣רְתִּי
šā·ḇar·tî
､ עֻלֵּ֗ךְ
‘ul·lêḵ,
נִתַּ֙קְתִּי֙
nit·taq·tî
[and] burst
– מוֹסְרֹתַ֔יִךְ
mō·ws·rō·ṯa·yiḵ,
､ וַתֹּאמְרִ֖י
wat·tō·mə·rî
and you said ､
לֹ֣א
lō
not
[אעבד]
’e·‘ĕ·ḇōḏ
-
(אֶעֱב֑וֹר)
’e·‘ĕ·ḇō·wr;
I will transgress
כִּ֣י
kî
עַֽל־
‘al-
on
כָּל־
kāl-
גִּבְעָ֞ה
giḇ·‘āh
גְּבֹהָ֗ה
gə·ḇō·hāh,
וְתַ֙חַת֙
wə·ṯa·ḥaṯ
and under
כָּל־
kāl-
עֵ֣ץ
‘êṣ
רַעֲנָ֔ן
ra·‘ă·nān,
אַ֖תְּ
’at
､ צֹעָ֥ה
ṣō·‘āh
lay down ､
. זֹנָֽה׃
zō·nāh.
[playing] the harlot .
