וַיָּקֻ֣מוּ
way·yā·qu·mū
And rose up
אֲנָשִׁ֔ים
’ă·nā·šîm,
מִזִּקְנֵ֖י
miz·ziq·nê
of the elders
､ הָאָ֑רֶץ
hā·’ā·reṣ;
of the land ､
וַיֹּ֣אמְר֔וּ
way·yō·mə·rū,
and spoke
אֶל־
’el-
to
כָּל־
kāl-
קְהַ֥ל
qə·hal
､ הָעָ֖ם
hā·‘ām
of the people ､
､ לֵאמֹֽר׃
lê·mōr.
saying ､
