Is cut off ､
קֶ֣רֶן
qe·ren
the horn
מוֹאָ֔ב
mō·w·’āḇ,
of Moab
וּזְרֹע֖וֹ
ū·zə·rō·‘ōw
and his arm
､ נִשְׁבָּ֑רָה
niš·bā·rāh;
is broken ､
נְאֻ֖ם
nə·’um
. יְהוָֽה׃
Yah·weh.
