the understanding

רָאשֵׁ֣י

rā·šê

of the chiefs

עַם־

‘am-

of the people

､ הָאָ֑רֶץ

hā·’ā·reṣ;

of the earth ､

וַ֝יַּתְעֵ֗ם

way·yaṯ·‘êm,

and makes them wander

בְּתֹ֣הוּ

bə·ṯō·hū

in a wilderness

לֹא־

lō-

not
