､ מֵ֘עִ֤יר
mê·‘îr
In the city ､
מְתִ֨ים ׀
mə·ṯîm
the dying
יִנְאָ֗קוּ
yin·’ā·qū,
וְנֶֽפֶשׁ־
wə·ne·p̄eš-
and the souls
חֲלָלִ֥ים
ḥă·lā·lîm
of the wounded
– תְּשַׁוֵּ֑עַ
tə·šaw·wê·a‘;
cry out –
וֶ֝אֱל֗וֹהַּ
we·’ĕ·lō·w·ah,
and yet God
לֹא־
lō-
not
יָשִׂ֥ים
yā·śîm
. תִּפְלָֽה׃
tip̄·lāh.
with wrong .
