קַֽל־
qal-
ה֤וּא ׀
hū
He [should be]
עַל־
‘al-
on
פְּנֵי־
pə·nê-
the face
– מַ֗יִם
ma·yim,
of the waters –
תְּקֻלַּ֣ל
tə·qul·lal
חֶלְקָתָ֣ם
ḥel·qā·ṯām
. בָּאָ֑רֶץ
bā·’ā·reṣ;
in the earth .
לֹֽא־
lō-
[So that] no [one]
יִ֝פְנֶה
yip̄·neh
דֶּ֣רֶךְ
de·reḵ
into the way
. כְּרָמִֽים׃
kə·rā·mîm.
