עָרֵ֣י

､ הַמִּקְלָ֔ט
ham·miq·lāṭ,
of refuge ､
אֲשֶׁר־
’ă·šer-
דִּבַּ֥רְתִּי
dib·bar·tî
אֲלֵיכֶ֖ם
’ă·lê·ḵem
to you
בְּיַד־
bə·yaḏ-
､ מֹשֶֽׁה׃
mō·šeh.
