עַל־
‘al-
on
הָאֲבָנִ֑ים
hā·’ă·ḇā·nîm;
the stones
אֵ֗ת
’êṯ,
-
מִשְׁנֵה֙
miš·nêh
תּוֹרַ֣ת
tō·w·raṯ
of the law
､ מֹשֶׁ֔ה
mō·šeh,
of Moses ､
אֲשֶׁ֣ר
’ă·šer
כָּתַ֔ב
kā·ṯaḇ,
לִפְנֵ֖י
lip̄·nê
in the presence
בְּנֵ֥י
bə·nê
of the sons
. יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
yiś·rā·’êl.
of Israel .
