וַיִּרְדֵּ֣הוּ
way·yir·dê·hū
And He took some of it
אֶל־
’el-
in
､ כַּפָּ֗יו
kap·pāw,
וַיֵּ֤לֶךְ
way·yê·leḵ
and went
הָלוֹךְ֙
hā·lō·wḵ
､ וְאָכֹ֔ל
wə·’ā·ḵōl,
and eating ､
וַיֵּ֙לֶךְ֙
way·yê·leḵ
and when he came
אֶל־
’el-
to
אָבִ֣יו
’ā·ḇîw
וְאֶל־
wə·’el-
and
､ אִמּ֔וֹ
’im·mōw,
mother ､
וַיִּתֵּ֥ן
way·yit·tên
and he gave [some]
לָהֶ֖ם
lā·hem
to them
– וַיֹּאכֵ֑לוּ
way·yō·ḵê·lū;
and they ate –
וְלֹֽא־
wə·lō-
but not
הִגִּ֣יד
hig·gîḏ
לָהֶ֔ם
lā·hem,
כִּ֛י
kî
מִגְּוִיַּ֥ת
mig·gə·wî·yaṯ
out of the carcass
הָאַרְיֵ֖ה
hā·’ar·yêh
of the lion
רָדָ֥ה
rā·ḏāh
. הַדְּבָֽשׁ׃
had·də·ḇāš.
the honey .
