､ וַיֹּ֣אמֶר ׀
way·yō·mer
And said ､
גַּ֣עַל
ga·‘al
בֶּן־
ben-
עֶ֗בֶד
‘e·ḇeḏ,
of Ebed
מִֽי־
mî-
who [is]
､ אֲבִימֶ֤לֶךְ
’ă·ḇî·me·leḵ
וּמִֽי־
ū·mî-
and who [is]
､ שְׁכֶם֙
šə·ḵem
כִּ֣י
kî
נַעַבְדֶ֔נּוּ
na·‘aḇ·ḏen·nū,
הֲלֹ֥א
hă·lō
[is he] not
בֶן־
ḇen-
the son
؟ יְרֻבַּ֖עַל
yə·rub·ba·‘al
of Jerubbaal ؟
וּזְבֻ֣ל
ū·zə·ḇul
and [is not] Zebul
؟ פְּקִיד֑וֹ
pə·qî·ḏōw;
עִבְד֗וּ
‘iḇ·ḏū,
אֶת־
’eṯ-
-
אַנְשֵׁ֤י
’an·šê
the men
חֲמוֹר֙
ḥă·mō·wr
אֲבִ֣י
’ă·ḇî
the father
שְׁכֶ֔ם
šə·ḵem,
וּמַדּ֖וּעַ
ū·mad·dū·a‘
but why
נַעַבְדֶ֥נּוּ
na·‘aḇ·ḏen·nū
. אֲנָֽחְנוּ׃
’ă·nā·ḥə·nū.
