､ וַתֶּ֔הִי

and it comes to pass ､
אֲדֹנָ֖י
’ă·ḏō·nāy
the Lord
לֹ֥א
lō
not
؟ צִוָּֽה׃
ṣiw·wāh.
[when] has commanded [it] ؟
