יְהֹוָ֗ה
Yah·weh
Yahweh [is]
אֶ֤רֶךְ
’e·reḵ
､ אַפַּ֙יִם֙
’ap·pa·yim
to anger ､
[וגדול־]
ū·ḡə·ḏō·wl-
-
(וּגְדָל־)
ū·ḡə·ḏāl-
and great in
כֹּ֔חַ
kō·aḥ,
וְנַקֵּ֖ה
wə·naq·qêh
and at all
לֹ֣א
lō
not
יְנַקֶּ֑ה
yə·naq·qeh;
will acquit [the wicked]
יְהוָ֗ה
Yah·weh
בְּסוּפָ֤ה
bə·sū·p̄āh
in the whirlwind
､ וּבִשְׂעָרָה֙
ū·ḇiś·‘ā·rāh
and in the storm ､
דַּרְכּ֔וֹ
dar·kōw,
וְעָנָ֖ן
wə·‘ā·nān
and the clouds [are]
אֲבַ֥ק
’ă·ḇaq
the dust
. רַגְלָֽיו׃
raḡ·lāw.
of His feet .
